Cardamon Chicken

Ingredients:
Olive oil
1 tsp ground cardamon
Chicken thighs or breasts
Salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp. tomato paste
2/3 cup yogurt

Instructions:
Heat the pan, add the oil and heat, then fry the cardamon.
Add the chicken and salt, saute under sealed.
Add the chili powder, turmeric, and tomato paste.  Stir well.
Add the yogurt and 1/2 cup water.   Turn down the heat and simmer until the chicken is tender.
Serve with a sprinkle of cardamon on top.
